Advancing Water Treatment Technology: Our Commitment

Potable water remains one of our largest challenges globally. Providing reliable and sustainable sources of clean water is critical. A large portion of demand is associated with agriculture irrigation (~70%). The remaining demand consists of industrial processing (~20%) and households (~10%). Fresh water only accounts for about 3% of Earth’s supply while 97% is saltwater. Treatment and distribution are driving newer and more efficient processing technologies to address the challenges of water scarcity. Barksdale products play a role in managing this precious commodity. We are committed to assist our customers in engineering new products and systems to manage these resources.
